Much needed

All though I was not as productive as I would have liked,  today was a much needed break.  I took the day off to take a minute to breathe again.  I had a water leak last week and needed to get that repair completed.  I also had to meet with my CPA and knew I was going to be out of town all weekend so I needed to get as much done for school as I could.  I finally tackled my refrigerator, which was also overdue.  I did some Spring cleaning while the contractors worked.  I never made it to Sam's, complete all my homework, nor did I make it to the gym; but it was nice to feel as if I could stop and take a deep breath!

Getting Motivated

Not only am I trying to be very productive and get my assignments done ahead of time, I am also trying to get motivated to working out again.  I have always worked out, so this is not new to me.  I am just not motivated to do much of anything anymore.  I have been going to the gym about twice a week, but that is not going to be enough for the results that I am wanting.  Of course, being a single mother, does not allow me to complete the work out schedule I really want to either.  I am able to stay motivated when I work out first thing in the mornings, but again with my job and not my son I can not do this.  Wish me luck!!!

Luck of the Irish

I won!!! Just as I was feeling that I was at the end of my rope, I got a little encouragement to not give up.  The last few days I thought I was going to have to give up something.  Whether it be work or school, I just could not stay stressed out like this.  My job has been very stressful and consuming on top of school, my car breaking down, day to day responsibilities, and being a mother.  I thought I was going to have to choose either school or work for a little while.  Tonight, we had an Irish themed bunko game.  For those of you that do not know what bunko is, it is a dice game that we girls play to win prizes.  I never win anything!  Tonight that all changed!!  I won the "Most Bunko" prize, which is the nicest prize.  Now on to enjoy the rest of my weekend out of town, hopefully, with a lot of luck!
